But seriously, if Trump posted an award for someone to steal Zero's college transcripts, he would be soliciting an illegal act. The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) (20 U.S.C. § 1232g; 34 CFR Part 99) is a Federal law that protects the privacy of student education records. In other words, only a student or someone authorized by the student can sign-off on the release of academic records, transcripts, etc. And this law dates back to 1974, btw.
