Still can’t turn a tv or radio on.
“Sequacious” sounds like the name of a tree — one of many that fell during Hurricane Obama. What an appropriate mentality. That is the direction a this whole country is headed.
I listened/watched it while I did a bid, so only about half my attention was engaged. What I laughed at was when Beckel was going on about all these less fortunate people who need money (not jobs), so raise taxes to help them, etc-and then when he was asked where that much money would come from, forever he sputtered.
I asked my friend what would happen when all the money runs out and there isn’t anyone making enough to pay more in taxes, and he just stared as if he had never heard such a thing, and I told him he was ignorant...
People like that don’t seem to understand that you can’t get money from someone who doesn’t make any, because there is no work-and when they can’t find work where they are, they will move someplace where they can, so there goes the tax base, bit by bit. And that is when the Roman mob gets mad and bites the hand that has been feeding it.
This is why more college graduates have been exiting California than entering it for the past several years. I expect a big exodus now that they just voted in another tax. You know what Margaret Thatcher said - “The problem with socialism is that you eventually run out of other people’s money. “
I agree with you 100% about FB. It’s just a way for creepy people to stalk and spy on each other. I refuse to play that game. And to the ones who say, oh it’s just a way to share pictures and news, I ask what about email and not billboards? It’s the vanity that defines it.
Long time, no hear. Welcome back! Here’s your A.
That’s what I posted right before you did. ;)
