They obviously missed the dead votes. They always count for at least 5 extra points.

Should be 105 %. At least.

Rounding error. If your breaks land in such a way that 2 out of 3 round up you get an extra .1.

Ohio is 99.9? 100 precinct reported.

Oregon has a population 18 and over of 1,526,366 and with 88% of the precincts reporting has 1,542,804 voters?

Oregon’s is population 3.8M, 22% is under 18, How do they have more votes than voters?

Rounding.
49.85% + 49.30% + 0.85% = 100.00%.

But rounded = 49.9 + 49.3+0.9 = 100.1%

Not saying that those were the exact numbers, just demonstrating how.

the actual % were calculated out to more digits, but then each was rounded up for the final three numbers after the decimal point

the extra .001 would not be there if the original numbers, out to their extended digits originally calculated to were added up before any rounding

for instance the actual numbers might have been 49.8467
and 49.2610 and 0.8923, which adds to 100.0, but rounded comes out 49.9, 49.3 and .9 .
