here’s a 4th

the republican establishment will become even more skittish and moderate feeling that it can’t win unless it waters itself down even more.

and a 5th

the cancer of liberalism has now metastasized and the patient (America) is now terminal.

I foresee more Eric Holder's people playing "Knockout King" on the heads of more non-Eric Holder's people.

Yes, you are correct.

Raising taxes on an ever shrinking economy and working class is like reducing the price below profitability and expecting to make it up in volume.

Your thinking your way to the right direction, but are still buying the bullshit hook line and sinker.

” If taxes aren’t raised substantially, the deficit and the debt will continue to spiral out of control.”

If taxes were raised to 120% of all income on those making over 250k, it still wouldn’t affect the deficit, the deficit is going to continue to increase parabolic because there is no source of wealth in the US available to repay the debt.

You still believe that foreign doctors will see the US as a desirable destination for their lives during their professional careers. Why?

The US medical schools will still be destinations for foreign aspiring medical professionals, but there is no reason to believe that staying in the US after their med school residency will be a socio-economic optimal solution for most of these young professionals.

On Israel, Israel has the implicit support of the Saudi ruling family, and Iran’s economy will completely implode if they attack first. This stalemate will continue as a arms race for quite some time, no matter what the pundits and politicians say during election cycles.

The takers will not only demand more, but the takers will expand above 50% in the next four years. And become the majority in this
failed society. With amnesty coming and the takers moving to majority status, this country has passed the point of no return.

Here are a few more; most will certainly occur by 2016, perhaps sooner:

1) Hyper-inflation, driven by our dependence on foreign energy sources and the use of corn for ethanol versus food or feeding livestock. If you thought your grocery bill was high now, just wait. And of course, the non-stop printing of money by the fed only adds fuel to the proverbial fire.

2) Major economic recession, possibly as early as next year

3) Full-scale war in the Middle East, triggered by an Israeli strike on Iran, or Tehran using its newly-developed nuclear arsenal on Israel (while the U.S. sits idly by)

4) China attacks Japan over territorial dispute, and the U.S. is obligated to defend our ally through mutual defense treaty—or Beijing keeps us out of the conflict by refusing to purchase more of our debt

5) Terrorist WMD attack on U.S. soil, utilizing a nuclear device (most likely smuggled into an American port in a shipping container), or a dirty bomb/bio attack, using elements smuggled across our southern border

6) Widespread chaos and violence following the collapse of public safety services in bankrupt cities and states

And this is just the tip of the iceberg...
