Could have been somebody casing the neighborhood, or your house, with nefarious motives.
I don’t answer the door to strangers any more. I just watch them through the blinds and am not above calling police like they told us to do in Neighborhood Watch.
I don’t answer phone numbers I don’t recognize, either. If it’s important, they’ll leave a message. Lots of pollers wanted to talk to me this year; none got my opinion.
I wonder how many like me are out there and if that’s why the polls are so skewed.
But it’s more likely the Bradley affect. We’ll know soon.
