If this is meant to advocate the notion that life begins before birth, I think a baby on board t-shirt would be a bit more subtle about what is really in there.

Lighten up... It’s a picture of an expectant mother who obviously sees her unborn child as a person. A “blob of tissue” can’t dress up as a zom-baby and go trick-or-treating.
