From what I heard both girls are pretty decent, from good families and they are both hotties (not that it matters that less attractive women are less human) but these guys were picking out the more pretty girls to prey on.
I must comment on the girls being “pretty decent”: These boys are deemed pretty decent in our community and would be in most communities. What some parents are realizing now is the risk of labeling a kid a “good” kid. I’m starting to really wonder myself as I troll their Twitter feeds. The “good” kids in the scholars program are certainly not. Disclaimer! I do not in any way, shape, or form mean that if the girls weren’t good they deserved it! This is just my two cents about children.
Even if there was "no penetration" as one person implied might be true, this was the involuntary sexual molestation of an unconscious, underage girl. I'm not convinced that kidnapping applies - that may depend on the letter of the law. I am firmly convinced that this is rape under whatever definition applies in any civilized state. Hotties or not, I hope the community and the law will be extremely harsh with these predators. Unless the story I've read is amazingly inaccurate, I would expect the jury to vote guilty. If I could influence the penalty, I would vote for the harshest available option - life without parole, consecutive maximum sentences for a total of 100+ years without parole, or more. I am disgusted by these "boys", and I do not want any more decent people to be victimized by them ever. What they did overrides any charitable urge to give those who go astray a second chance.
