Tyler police are responding to reports of about 10 protestors at Chick-Fil-A on Troup Highway.
Tyler Police Spokesperson Don Martin said that officers have been dispatched to the location due to one protestor's sign that could be deemed as offensive.
Martin has said before that a person can be cited or arrested for public disturbance for offensive language and or actions in a public location.

Taking a page from Occupy Wall Street, it seems.

It seems the homofascists don’t know when it’s time to go home. Mommy and daddy need to come get their kids.

So, these idiots are protesting the CEO's personal beliefs? The guy was asked a question and he answered it.
Did Chick-fil-A every discriminate against gays? Did they ever deny service to gays?
Then WTF is their problem?

Thanks for the update.
They seem more impotent, the more they attemtp to gain a victory in this thing. Just dragging it out...not gonna happen.

The culture war is not going to be won or lost at Chick-fil-A, but this is one skirmish I hate to lose. I can't vote to oust our Marxist leader until November, and I can't do much about the Occupy Wall Street bums, but I sure can Eat More Chicken!

"Martin has said before that a person can be cited or arrested for public disturbance for offensive language and or actions in a public location."Knowing the composition of this crowd, I would suspect some vulgar reference to "pee pee" or "poo poo".

Yep, they just don’t get that concept to get yourself out of a hole, stop digging. But then again, it goes right along with the Obama plan of spending our way out of debt. Further proof that Liberalism and/or Progressiveism are mental diseases.

Tyler, TX?????!!!!! Seriously? That’s a “smaller” East, TX community about 2 hours east of Dallas. I’m surprised that the “protest” got as far as it did without the Locals handling it on their own.

Puppage, their problem is that they are queer. Queer people do queer things...things you and I would not do.

It just says that the sign was offensive. It could have been a peta fruitcake protesting the treatment of chickens.
