It’s quite a setting. The buildings are magnificent and the whole thing looks like something out of COWBOY BEBOP. The surveillance video does not actually have a line of sight to the crime scene, which is behind a monorail track. You can see the officer arrive, and apparently approach the scene as described ( a very tiny figure in the video ) but he disappears behind the monorail track as well.

Way back when, it seemed every year like clockwork, we would hear of some naked guy running down the street with a sword or some such episode, and every time it was somebody whacked out on Angel Dust.
