The only issue that the Hawaii Department of Health is qualified to address is what their records contain regarding Obama’s birth. A State registrar is in no position to address natural born citizen status with regard to parent’s citizenship etc.
But I’m talking about what the SOS of AZ was using as the standard for what would qualify Obama for their ballot, and asking, was he ONLY seeking verification for O’s birth in Hawaii, and if he got that, or what he believes is that, then he’s fine with O on the ballot?
If anything I asked was construed as suggesting Hawaii could address the natural born issue, that wasn’t my intention.
