Sorry but that is wrong. Only available with big blocks.
Are you sure? You may be right. I just looked it up in one of my Chevy books and they just note it as an appearance option which usually means no engine requirement was necessary. The only think I could find on line was at the Corvette forum. They just say it was an option.

I would say the provenance would have to prove she actually drove it and that the seats had never been recovered.
WOW. Wish I had a million to blow. Im not the sentimental type but......THATS just a beautiful car.
“...they just note it as an appearance option which usually means no engine requirement was necessary.”
I vaguely remember reading in “Corvette Fever Magazine” that the hood was only available on the 427’s. However, the article mentioned that some small block vehicles were produced with the 427 hoods when the production line ran short of the standard hoods near the end of the 1967 production run.
You can’t tell anything from that photo.
“Whats a VW thing once owned by Pia Zadora worth?”
The drivers seat alone should bring $15.00.
That’s a pretty low milage vehicle compared to some of the other vehicles Neil Armstrong used.
Did you check the EBay link. There are more pics. It is real rough. Someone cut up the fenders.
I know where you can find a barely used Hassleblad medium format camera used by Neil Armstrong.
where? The moon?
Yes.
LOL. With gas prices what they are, I'll pass. Something tells me that if someone did go up and get the cameras, they would still work. They were really well built.
I’m more interested in the car in the background...is that an AMC pacer?
well, what would cause them to deteriorate? There’s no oxygen and no water and no weather.
Massive temperature changes everyday since 1969.
