At least the toddlers are dressed decently. The young woman looks like she’s wearing a dress that she wore as a toddler as her dress looks about the same size as the dresses the two toddlers in the photo are wearing.

I’ve watched this a few time when I came upon it while channel surfing.
They say despite the way the females dress, that they have a strict upbringing and moral standards compared to most.
