The St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports that no one knows what exactly is going on at Westhampton View Court. The garage door openers at all five homes on the court stopped working shortly after Christmas.
“It’s a weird, weird thing,” Joe Sullivan told the Post-Dispatch. “And the timing for it all to go haywire for everybody at the same time can’t be coincidence, right?”
Garage door companies say interference problems are common at individual homes — they blame what is known as “frequency pollution.” But experts say having the issue extend to multiple homes is just plain weird.

Remember those paintings/prints of kids with big eyes? It is all clear to me now: this explains how aliens got control of the motel industry.
Btw, they are HQ’d at the Precious Moments factory just outside Webb City, MO and operate under our our very noses.

First we lose a drone... then the garage door openers stop working... coincidence? I don’t think so!
This used to happen to us periodically when we lived in Pt. Loma, near a naval base in San Diego. There were newspaper articles blaming the navy for the problem, but the navy never officially fessed up. After a few days, the garage doors would be working again.
I tapped that on the violet principal planet orbiting Alpha Centauri A.

That happened in our neighborhood too. But then we were a bit more in touch with our surroundings...so we called the power company and took care of it.
A little facelift, a little make-up, but I could be wrong...
