Hi, Amy! My PT is going well - three times a week, and she will be through with my workouts by the end of next week. She is encouraging me to continue with therapy though, outside of the home.

My Grandaughter (11) had her braces tightened last week, and was in tears by the evening. But it is all better now. She had them put a turquoise band on each tooth - and said she can go get the color changed whenever - but I doubt it will happen often. LOL!

You tell Marissa that Yorkie is SURE she looks smarter!!!

Marissa picked green bands for St.Patrick’s day.

She can change them any time she goes in for checkup or tightening. She goes back in 6 weeks.

Marissa is going thru a black stage ... she had the bands in black and white before they were changed to green.

Continuing the PT is a great idea. After my knee replacement, I did PT at home for awhile but quit after a couple of years. I wish I had continued. I need to get back to riding the bike. I’m sure that would be a huge help.
