Neither him nor Sarah were savior of the republic.

We should be focusing on electing quality presidents, senators, representatives, governors, etc., not saviors of the universe.

If anyone is going to save this republic, it’s going to be we the people.

Actually I think that's what Sarah has said.

What gripes me is the right wing circular firing squad. No, Herman probably never would or should have been the candidate but for him to be taken out by unproven accusations - well how easy is that for the left? They play us for idiots and we fall for it every time.

I'll never get over what was done to Sarah and the left isn't even ashamed.

Agreed but I'm just not sure most people have the stones to do what needs to be done. That would require throwing stupid concepts like "electability" and "conventional wisdom" out the window.

Agreed, one person can’t save it...the “chosen one” in DC is proving that. No, it takes a team effort at all levels.

Breitbart is right: “Politics is downstream of culture” and this is going to be a long, tough slog to change our institutions.

Much like Palin, I would like to see Cain involved in the process for 2012. The more unabashed Capitalists the better.

To all of the Cain fans, you just got a taste of the “Sarah Palin treatment”. Perhaps before certain people start tsk-tsking Palin and giving her the smack, you should take stock of what just happened.

The burn marks eventually disappear over time.

As a foreign popcorn-eating observer I finally got around to watching Mr. Cain’s speeches on youtube... I didn’t recognize any real Presidential material.

Interesting man, but no gravitas. Instead I am impressed by Newt, even though I disagree with him about certain issues of American exceptionalism. Plus I see his egg-headedness eventually turning against him (he’d better start turning more folksy ‘cause Americans don’t really go that big for intellectuals. (I wrote this book I scripted that movie).

Perry reminds me of Bush. But that’s just at a surperficial level. And I think he needs a second and third look. Ron Paul’s libertarianism is pied-piperish. So far I’d vote for Newt, though I’ll always have Sarah Palin in my heart.

For those complaining, just imagine that all your politicians were replaced by banking Czars. My Prime Minister (Goldman Sachs, Trilateral Commission, Bilderberger group and Moody’s) was appointed by a communist who just today reaped accolades from the NYTimes. Which leads me to think that Ron Paul isn’t so Pied Piperish after all, and maybe he too deserves another look. ‘Cause big government and crony Capitalism (that owns the newtorks, Academia and the money) is indeed extremely dangerous.

I’m confused, but so far Newt’s the one who gets my preference. He makes politics come alive. Forza America!

Why? The message here is unless you are a member in good standing of the corrupt Political clown posse the Media Machine will destroy you. Face it, it is over.

The Republic is finished when the only choice the voters are ever going to be allowed to vote for is corrupt clown A or incompetent corrupt bozo B.
