There was certainly fraudulent conduct on the part of the Mother in the above case as there was by the Mother in the article you posted.
I’m familiar with that case, and it is a rare exception. Courts have held men responsible when the children were proven not to be his, when an ex-spouse forged his signature on a sperm bank consent form, and when the father was a 10-y/o victim of statutory rape. Paternity law is a twisted thing.
