That cranberry/orange/lemon/walnut relish was spectacular. Ran out almost instantly (so make more next time, silly!).

Definitely a keeper!

I made the Waffles/Pancakes * 43 * Corn Fritters from last weeks thread, for our T-Day feast, and my wife just raved about them - I liked them as well! I did have to alter the recipe and added a little half and half to get the consistency right. Used the frozen tube type of creamed corn instead of canned.
