I made the Waffles/Pancakes * 43 * Corn Fritters from last weeks thread, for our T-Day feast, and my wife just raved about them - I liked them as well! I did have to alter the recipe and added a little half and half to get the consistency right. Used the frozen tube type of creamed corn instead of canned.
I’m glad you liked them. There are so many ways to improve on the basic recipe and they’re so versatile, but my favorite is still with Sweet Thai Chili Sauce.
