The sides reached a tentative agreement early Saturday to end the 149-day lockout and hope to begin the delayed season with a marquee tripleheader Dec. 25. Most of a season that seemed in jeopardy of being lost entirely will be salvaged if both sides approve the handshake deal.

I’d like basketball because it helps the economy of the city where I live. Look at it from the standpoint of helping bars, stores and arena-workers make a living.
I’m with you. I no longer watch the NBA. Have not for over 20 years. Just another group of thugs. I have zero interest in the NBA. I am glad since it is Oscuma’s favorite mob.

This is too bad, I was hoping for alternate programming. The sport has been turned into something that sucks. All it is now is two guys playing keep-away from one guy with 7 other people standing around. It’s BORING.

Not only thugs and wanna be gangsters, but boring to watch. Wouldn’t watch the Finals if they were being played in my living room.

Maybe if we built them a new stadium they would be good and fun to watch. Yeah, that’s it.
I was roped into going to a Timberwolves game a few years ago. I’m still wondering where the exciting part was. They looked like they didn’t care if they won or not. BORING!!!!!!!!!
