Take with a HUGE grain of salt Huge.
Conservative talk show host, Dr Gina Louden, says that she has information from a reliable source, that former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin is reconsidering a run for the White House in 2012. Sarah Palin announced on October 5, that she would not be running in 2012 and that she would not run third party.
With the recent fire storm that has hit Herman Cain about sexual harassment charges and with Romney being a complete RINO, a Palin entrance would be pretty awesome right now.
You can listen to audio of Dr. Gina Louden talking about this reliable news she received here.
Many filing deadlines have passed. However, Iowa has not. New Hampshire has, but I dont believe she could win NH. I also believe that South Carolina has passed. Palin needs South Carolina. Iowa is wide-open.
I want to caution you that reconsidering doesnt mean that Palin will change her mind and actually run.
If you want my two cents, I dont think shell run.
She blew it.
Personally, I don't think she will ever make a serious run for the presidency.
I don’t think she’ll run.
She’s just too polarizing. I think she would be better off helping the eventual GOP nominee win next year.
Ping.
Whoever this “reliable” source is should be shot for doing this to Palin supporters. They’ve already reached the acceptance stage. It’s cruel to do this to them.
Who is the source?
I could see it only under these circumstances:
Romney gets the GOP nomination. The Tea Party then decides they’ve had enough and they become more focused on taking out the backstabbing GOP Beltway Establishment than on taking out Obama. So they create the American Conservative Party and Sarah heads their ticket next November. The GOP comes in third and essentially goes out of business.
Obama eeks into a second term in a three-way split, but with opposition majorities in both houses he is so incredibly weakened it becomes a moot point. The new Conservative Party becomes dominant and takes the White House in 2016.
Who is the source?
Must be Herman Cain’s accuser....
Sending out another trial. Sorry, it won’t work. Too late.
Speaking only for myself, I do not believe this source is “reliable” at all. Palin took considerable time, made her decision, announced it with clearly defined reasons for not running. I’m voting for Cain.
There are some here that will still be insisting that she is running....even after next November. Please put down the Kool-Aid.
Whoever this reliable source is should be shot for doing this to Palin supporters.
The balls in Palin’s court to act immediately [say by sun down today, Friday, 11-4-11] with either a denial or admission that she is thinking of returning to the potential candidate list. True the source isn’t doing Palin or her supporters any favors with this type info.
Well, she could take some of the heat off of Cain. ???
Nice. Very nice.
She should wait until the day after Mitt Romney wins the nomination (God forbid!). If that happens, I’m on the Palin bandwagon big time.

She's going to ignore this silliness this time, and the next twenty times it happens.
The horse is dead, and we don't need to check its pulse again everytime somebody kicks it.
Unless and until I see her appear on a credible television show and say the words, “I’m running for the presidency”... I’m not buying it.
Sarah Palin is a private citizen. She is not required to issue an immediate response to every unsubstantiated rumor.
Cain kicks the bucket?
I used to salivate at the thought of voting for Sarah Palin for POTUS. Not any more. I hate vaccilation. Hanging pretty tight with Brutha Cain now....and the only role I see for Sarah is doing what she SAID she’d do; work to get good Conservatives elected.
Agreed.
Sigh...
Palin/Cain

LOL, I’ve never even heard of or seen this blog before.
Geeze people, give it up already - she’s NOT running. How much more clear does Palin have to be? The answer is NO, NO, NO, NO and more NO.
Ballot access:
Each state has its own ballot access laws to determine who may appear on ballots and who may not.
3rd Parties cannot get on the ballot in time.
Not this again.
3rd Parties cannot get on the ballot in time.
Isn’t the drop dead dates for the general election Nov. 2012 many months out. I know it’s hard to qualify and most 3rd parties can’t make it in all states.
she said no such thing.
she said she would not be seeking the GOP nomination. that was all.
filing dates? what filing dates? for the GOP primary? sure.
but what are the dates if she runs in a national 3rd party?
august
How about Palin/Gingrich?
Using Sarah Palin’s name so deviously is just another (stupid) attempt to sabotage Cain’s candidacy.
Pathetic!
All’s this ridiculous made up notion is going to do is make the trolls that said they were done with politics since Palin is not running and or will write in her name: post
Palin would be where Perry is in the polls right now if not lower. She has been the alinsky sacrificial damaged lamb and she ticked off too many people with her tease.Palin is politico finito.
I believe that this could be plausible, but also complex.
I suspect that she believed that Cain would have relatively smooth sailing, and may be wavering due the the incredible vicious attack that Wilson has invoked on him.
Palin’s true reason for stepping aside may soon see the light of day; I hope it doesn’t Perot her.
Oh, and to the PDS'ers out there who say "WELL A THRID PARTY WILL GARUNTEE OBAMA'S RECLECTION!", I would like to turn your attention to The Presidential Election of 1860 and Remember the Republican Party was born AS a third party to the Wimpy Whigs, and If the Republicans are stupid enough to nominate Romney (again see the tagline) than it will be time to replace the Republicans with a party that will actually listen and do what its constituents want.
Absolutely, this is plain unadulterated unsourced rubbish!
...but seriously, I was once a huge Gingrich fan, now not so much. I would find him acceptable without enthusiasm.
The thinnest of tissue-thin rumors, and hit-bait for blogs.
But I still support Palin completely, no matter which direction she takes. She’s the best thing to have come out of the GOP in decades, and has exactly the right message for the times. Without her, the GOP is looking more and more seedy as each day passes. And indeed, does a day pass without Karl Rove popping up on Fox to push Romney?
Too late Sarah, the Cain Train has already left the station.
Allahpundit tried to start this rumor several days ago. He seems to be the source of all this. However, he isn’t to be trusted. He absolutely hates Palin and most likely wanted to milk his anti-Palin rants a few more times.
Either way, she said No and has already missed several important filing deadlines.
>> “Shes just too polarizing.” <<
.
Polarizing is the one thing Palin is definitely not.
Her support has always come from across the spectrum in every one of her races. That was the facet that caused the Mediots to attack her so viciously; she endangered their constituency deeply.
The scary sucking sound may be about to return to GOP politics.
I see quotes like this all the time, but it makes no sense to me.
The only way to win the GOP nomination is to get the most votes in the primaries.
The nominee is always the person who got the most votes from the constituents in the Republican primaries. There is not some super secret power committee who picks the nominee. The party rank and file do!
Of course, that may spur some to form a third party, but there's no reason to believe that the majority of the party they split from will follow, since they got the nominee they voted for!
