This reminds me of two things:
1. The advice that one should pick one’s fights, and,
2. The joke, “Q: What do you do if a pit bull is humping your leg? A: Act interested.”
Some things you should just shrug off - getting cut off or whatever by a Hell’s Angel is one of them.
Could it be the chap was a recent immigrant, not familiar with this gang?
