On TLC now
Giving me chills.
I quite purposely don’t have a television. Rare is the occasion that I regret that decision in any way. This would be one exception.
No true and real hero gets up one mornimg and decides, "I think I'll be a hero today." Or "I will be one --- next time."
We all aren't made to be heroes, and none of us really knows until the time comes.
You’re welcome.
Very true.
I think you can watch it online....but, I don’t have the guts to right now...
I'm going to try and put together a thread listing all shows ( date, channels, and times ) about 9/11, except for the stupid leftist manure they're obviously going to try to shove down our throats. I already saw one to ignore.
BTW we should come up with a standard response when the left starts their moronics about 9/11 again. I think we were all too nice to them when they first started spewing it and over subsequent years.
For those of us that dont watch TV how about a quick run down of what the show presented
I do not get the Learning Channel. Is there any way it can be watched online that you know of?
.
Repeats on TLC, ‘Heros of the 88th Floor’, 9PM CST Sat 9/10/11
Watch ‘Remembering 9/11’ on the Geographic Channel. Repeating Thursday 3PM CST: ‘Inside 9/11: Zero Hour’- EXCELLENT.
_______________
Watch this moving video. It is the most viewed of any of the 9/11 videos and is now in the Smithsonian. http://www.frugalsites.net/911/attack/
.
No full video but some clips: http://tlc.discovery.com/videos/9-11-heroes-of-the-88th-floor-heroes-of-the-88th-floor.html
It’s based on two men who saved seventy-seven people’s lives at the cost of their own. It will replay on the 10th twice. TLC should’ve made it possible to view the whole program and not just clips.
Thanks for the recommendations and the link.
... or to purchase on iTunes.
All they offer is “Hoarders” or “My Secret Addiction”.
Thanks. Much appreciate the link.
I watched the clips, and they were very moving. Maybe at some point it will appear on the History Channel, which I do get.
History channel....what a joke.
If you want Bigfoot,UFOs and giant amazon fish the History Channel is the place to be.
I liked it better when it showed WW2 stuff. Now it is a place for liberal rewriting and stupid ghost stories.
I got a lot of D-Day stuff on June 6 on History Channel.....it can be hit or miss, I will agree.
