When a man crossing into the U.S. illegally struck a U.S. Customs and Border Protection agent with rocks, a second agent fired his gun, killing the man.
Two agents called for help from San Diego police, saying they were being attacked with rocks and sticks near the border fence line around 7:30 p.m. Tuesday.
Investigators said the incident involved three people crossing the border fence east of Dairy Mart Road near the San Yisdro Port of Entry.

So, President Bush allowed two border patrol agents to be jailed for shooting a Mexican drug smuggler in the butt, and refused to pardon them. What will Obama, Incompetano, and Holder have to say about this?

I noticed that, too. Tried 3 different times to get the “comments” page to load and it wouldn’t happen. They must’ve gotten too many comments praising the border patrol agent for doing his job and keeping the invaders out. The one illegal alien that was apprehended should be charged in the death of his compadre.
