It’s no accident they chose Texas, a lot of Californians have moved to Texas in the past few years.

That'd be a major, major move.....I dunno about the Southern California headquarters campus, but you can see the Northern center up in Stockton while driving the I-5.....makes the Pentagon look tiny.
