I have only one suggestion for all of these fast food restaurants. How about better bread?

We were in Bonaire and ate at a Whataburger. The bread was **delicious**!! The bread was chewy on the outside and fresh and soft on the inside. I was excited to try Whataburger when we returned to the states, but I was disappointed. It was the same pasty bread used by all the chains. It must be that in Bonaire, being a tiny island, they must get their bread from a local bakery.

Actually, ironically, some people say it is the IN N OUT Bun that helps make it such a quality burger. Of course the bun is the first thing that we bite into so it’s important. And IN N OUT buns, according to their wrappers on the burgers..the buns are preservative free and they use only “real sponge dough.”
Here are some other tidbits about IN N OUT:

IN N OUT used only Real Ice Cream in their shakes. No preservatives.

5. Since 1948, IN N OUT Fries are prepared in cholesterol free trans fat free vegetable oil. Peeled each day fresh. They use Kennebec potatoes.

6. IN N OUT buns are made with NO preservatives and using real sponge dough.

7. IN N OUT hand leafs it’s lettuce everyday.

Puritan Bakery has supplied buns for In-N-Out Burger since the late 1950s.
