Nephilim = Human/demon hybrids. There is a very credible school of thought that believes that the alien/UFO phenomena are also demonic, and that the Nephilim figure into that as well.

Back in August, 2008, I had a bizarre dream one night.
In my dream, I was travelling on a train. I was sitting
on an aisle seat. Several rows ahead me was a brunette woman, in her late 20’s to mid-30’s. She was also sitting on an aisle seat.
The woman got up out of her seat, walked over to where I was sitting, and looked down at me. I looked up at her and she said to me, “Your purpose in life is to fight the AntiChrist when he comes.”
Then I woke up. I have no idea who that woman was.
I understand the criticisms of THE MESSAGE.
Peterson himself insists folks should read a more standard translation emphasized type translation version with THE MESSAGE.
HOWEVER,
I think much of the noise is nonsense.
1. THE MESSAGE has some things more accurately, more anointedly than the KJV has.
2. THE MESSAGE has drawn me closer to God and God’s heart in a variety of ways.
3. THE MESSAGE is MUCH MORE in the vernacular of the original languages of the day—the street languages of the common people—which is what God used originally—for GOD’S REASONS.
5. GOD IS HOLY—HE’S NOT PRISSY. THE MESSAGE makes the authentic God of The Bible come much more tangibly alive for me IN THE LANGUAGE GOD HIMSELF TOOK PAINS TO USE—HIS CANDOR, HIS ‘EARTHINESS’ in terms of being down in the nitty gritty life and terms of the common people.
That’s priceless to me. I’m very thankful to God for THE MESSAGE.
Sure, my memory work is in the KJV I was reared on. I wore out a number of Dake’s and Dixon Bibles growing up. I slept with the KJV as a teddy bear in college and even in my Navy years.
Nevertheless, THE MESSAGE IS A GIFT FROM GOD, TO ME. AND I PRAISE HIM FOR IT.
I think you have it wrong.
AntiChrist isn’t going to be literally possessed until after three and a half years into the Tribulation. Right now, interestingly, the Devil is standing in front of God’s throne, prosecuting us to Him. He’s still got access to Heaven, which I find to be an interesting piece of information. THEN the AntiChrist will die, the Devil will be tossed out of Heaven, who will then incarnate the body of the AntiChrist.
I don’t know where you get ‘the deadly wound to the one world system’ thingie. I just wonder, biologically, where the AntiChrist will come from.

No, “the message” doesn’t even come close.
Christ said, Matthew 24:21 For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be.
Christ is quoting Daniel 12:1 so Christ knew about time from Daniel's writing... Then Christ says in verse 22
And except those *days* (of Daniel) be shortened, there should no flesh be saved: but for the elect's sake those days shall be shortened.
Revelation 9:10 And they had tails like unto scorpions, and there were stings in their tails: and their power was to hurt men FIVE months....
How does a scorpion take it prey? They inject a poison into the prey and the prey become internal mush for the scorpion to feast. This is describing deception for the peoples that look over that Christ Himself said Daniel's days would be shortened.
The deadly wound is about a one world ordered government, kinda like we have witnessed the making, over the past couple of decades. But somebody is going to revolt and it is going to come crashing down into chaos.
Now Christ said the tribulation was something that had never been since the beginning of this age... well there have been all manner of wars since then so the tribulation is not about bloody wars. Hence Paul telling us what kind of war to be prepared for to come Ephesians 6 in particular verse 11 Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil....
12 For we wrestle NOT against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.....
There is no flesh biology to be found any part of the antiChrist... he is a supernatural being getting ready to play the role of 'Jesus'. He has already been judge to death, and he wants company, and he is after 'souls' not flesh bodies.
Paul says that ICorinthians 15:50 Now this I say, brethren, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God; neither doth corruption inherit incorruption.
51 Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed,
52 In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump; (there are 7 trumps) for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.
Isn’t he the guy who sometimes hints at who the antiChrist might be?
I predict, he will proclaim it’s Donald Trump.

I can understand how you see those as quite dissimilar.
I don’t think there’s any way for me to help you see why and how I can see them as extremely similar.
However, I see no benefit in haggling over it.
I love the language of the KJV.
Though it’s not very helpful in China.
I love the Spirit-breathed insights THE MESSAGE brings forward.

You might want to consider whence the phrase “as above so below.” [as within so without] originates.
It is from Hermeticism and is the foundation of all alchemical and ritual high magick.
It is a purely pagan/occult principle.

I cannot reconcile using that phrase in Christianity.
That one phrase sets those “versions” worlds apart.
“As above so below. as within so without” is an ideology that basically supports the “we may be as gods” belief system.
If that doesn’t give you pause, it’s part of the worship of Thoth, the Egyptian ‘god’ and the Hermetic Order of the Golden Dawn springs from it.
If the Hermetic Order of the Golden Dawn doesn’t ring any bells, perhaps its most famous member, Aleister Crowley will.
