My prediction:
Huckabee does not run. His supporters split between Palin and Bachmann, putting Sarah in the lead. Bachmann pulls out hoping for a VP invitation. Her supporters move to Palin. Palin wins the nomination, but picks Paul Ryan as her running mate.

Ryan gives the wonk-ish speeches and trounces Biden and the press corps with facts and figures.

Obama’s core supporters simply do not show up to vote for him. As October 2012 winds down, some, but not all, moderate women decide to vote for Palin simply because she is a woman.

I’ve been rethinking a couple of my picks. Limbaugh can’t be PressSec, the guy is deaf. Now that might be good for a few laughs but impractical.

I think if we can’t get Sarah on the top of the ticket, I doubt she’d want to travel like SecState would require, maybe that DoE thing is a better idea.

I threw the General in there for SecDef because nobody else came to mind, on further review I’m thinking Col. Oliver North would be perfect in that slot.

I’m still torn on the ticket, I know Trump has issues, but I know he won’t take any crap. Just makes me think of Ross Perot sometimes, only with a combover instead of the ears. Bachmann up there for sure though, I’d be fine with her in either position.
