I have yet to grasp why she and her sisters are famous.

Because her their father was an unethical disbarred lawyer who was a friend of OJ Simpson. The really outrageous thing about Robert Kardashian was that the prosecution didn't challenge his readmission to the California bar so he could be on OJ's legal team. This allowed Kardashian to claim lawyer-client privilege for the conversations he had with OJ after Nicole Simpson's murder. Robert Kardashian was not a lawyer at the time those conversations occurred, so there is no way a lawyer-client privilege should have have applied in that case. The prosecution really blew it on that point.

That prosecution team was the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever seen in my life.

So, all is revealed. Getting back to the OJ event, one scenario ~ probably the correct one ~ has him reacting to Nicole's knife attack (where she slashed his hand) by pushing her back up against the house knocking her unconscious.

Yes, Nicole was alive but unconscious when her throat was cut. Forensic's submitted at the trial covered that.

Then the guy returning the glasses saw a large black man tossing a smaller white woman up against the house, so he ran and jumped on the man's back.

OJ then reared up and tossed him into the air. He landed on the ground unconscious.

Again, forensics says Mr. Goldman was unconscious but alive when his throat was slit.

Now, we come to Kardashian ~ for some reason I didn't realize this guy was a lawyer. OJ had just encountered two people who are now unconscious on the ground. He did what he considered "self defense" ~ (although he was violating an order to stay away, so it wasn't really self-defense).

OJ's not a doctor so he can't know if these two people are dead or alive. He's also not a lawyer but he knows plenty of them.

He made a call. He got advice. That's when he cut their throats.

That makes the lawyer guilty of FIRST DEGREE MURDER and OJ guilty of SECOND DEGREE MURDER.

The jury was given no choice in any of this. The testimony and evidence simply didn't support FIRST for OJ but that's all they had. That's why he walked.

Without Kardasian to interrogate for this case, the state didn't have anyone to try for FIRST.

So, when is california going to put this guy on trial? Bet OJ would swap his own testimony on the matter just to get out of jail!
