Yes, Nicole was alive but unconscious when her throat was cut. Forensic's submitted at the trial covered that.
Then the guy returning the glasses saw a large black man tossing a smaller white woman up against the house, so he ran and jumped on the man's back.
OJ then reared up and tossed him into the air. He landed on the ground unconscious.
Again, forensics says Mr. Goldman was unconscious but alive when his throat was slit.
Now, we come to Kardashian ~ for some reason I didn't realize this guy was a lawyer. OJ had just encountered two people who are now unconscious on the ground. He did what he considered "self defense" ~ (although he was violating an order to stay away, so it wasn't really self-defense).
OJ's not a doctor so he can't know if these two people are dead or alive. He's also not a lawyer but he knows plenty of them.
He made a call. He got advice. That's when he cut their throats.
That makes the lawyer guilty of FIRST DEGREE MURDER and OJ guilty of SECOND DEGREE MURDER.
The jury was given no choice in any of this. The testimony and evidence simply didn't support FIRST for OJ but that's all they had. That's why he walked.
Without Kardasian to interrogate for this case, the state didn't have anyone to try for FIRST.
So, when is california going to put this guy on trial? Bet OJ would swap his own testimony on the matter just to get out of jail!
I think Kardashian has had a trial of another kind—he died a while back.
Excellent point. I never heard that before but it makes sense. The saddest thing is that all these people are so ignorant of what is really important - we will all die, and face judgment, and eternity.
Too late! Kardashian, may he rot in Hell, died in 2003 at the age of 59.
It's not worth digging him up I suspect!
