Nancy Pelosi is hosting her "Victory Party" behind a curtain in Washington DC as this post is written. Fox News has coverage of the curtain.
Nancy Pelosi has commented on the party at various times along the lines of "just because I've been rejected by the American people doesn't mean I'm not really good at what I do" and "I understand the American people better than they do themselves. Nothing can convince me otherwise."
Nancy Pelosi hopes to lead the next Congress to an even worse defeat in 2012. She has the full support of the Republican Party. No Democrats were available for comment.

Hey, we taxpayers are paying for that party. We demand a Court Injunction to remove the curtain. Immediately!

The Letterman and Leno staff writers sure are going to have an easy season. I’ve seen it in private industry, that being when someone at the top is undercut, it gets uglier and sadder every day they hang around.

Since I’m not an artist, I’ll leave it to FReepers who are to create the art for the cartoon I’ve imagined about Pelosi celebrating the “accomplishments” of her Congress. She should be depicted in a burka, face exposed with a satanic grin, surrounded by her leading DemonRat accomplices, all in appropriate Islamic garb and equally grinning. In her left hand is the severed, bleeding head of Uncle Sam, his decapitated body on the ground, and a bloody, dull sword in her right. She and all her accomplices are celebrating the deed by chanting, “Allah Akbar!!”
