Dancing With the Stars week 5 performance show is Oct. 18, and it could mean that Bristol Palin is eliminated on Oct. 19. The past two weeks have seen her and dancing partner Mark Ballas consistently at the bottom of the weekly scoreboard.
Both times Palin and Ballas have been just ahead of the lowest scoring couple, getting saved each week, despite being placed in jeopardy by the combination of judges' scores and audience home votes.
Last week, Palin and Ballas were eighth place out of nine couples, just ahead of The Situation and Karina Smirnoff during week 4 of Dancing With the Stars. It was down to these two couples at the end of the show, and it was The Situation and Smirnoff who were sent home.
The previous week, Palin and Ballas were just ahead of Margaret Cho and Louis Van Amstel, but it was Cho and Van Amstel who went home. Now all of the low-scoring couples have been voted off the show, leaving Palin and Ballas very vulnerable at the bottom of the scoring so far this season.
As with any reality competition show, things can shift from week to week, and it could lead to Palin and Ballas putting up their best scores of the season.
So far in the season, Palin and Ballas have averaged a score of 18 out of 30, which isn't good by any stretch of the imagination. Maybe this is the week where they really impress the judges, though, making their elimination a rash prediction.
The Oct. 18 Dancing With the Stars performance begins at 8 p.m. on ABC, with the promotions for the show stating that they will all be dancing to TV theme songs.

I don’t care what the judges say...I loved Kyle’s dance!
Perhaps Cho needs to look in the mirror and see who the real fat ass and dumb dumb really is
She is nasty both inside and out, just look at her and you can see that she is full of vile and hate. She might be related to Joy Behar
Kyle & Lacey are always entertaining! And Margret Cho is a slob!
Margaret and Joy are two of a kind. Miserable excuses for human beings....
I like Kyle too, seems like a great kid. I didn’t see his dance but I have seen his previous dances and the kid has real skills.
She really is...
Its funny how liberals/progressives are always bitching about “Intolerance” and “bigotry” the only intolerance and bigotry I hear are coming out of the traps of liberals.
What’s up with the judges? Neither Audrina or Kyle should have gotten as high as they did, IMHO. Kyle may be fun to watch but, bless his heart, he’s not much of a dancer.
I agree. If you left it up to liberals, there would be no free speech.
Yep...I’ve got to wonder if the Judges have favorites...If Bristol danced as badly as Kyle she would have gotten 4’s and 5’s...... I have a bad feeling about this week...The people at ABC know they will get ratings so they are going to try and get rid of Bristol.
Liberals can’t preach what they speak, bottom line. They are the biggest hypocrites on the planet. To hear Joy Behar today talk about how hates seeing bigotry and intolerance against muslims, I was like ARE U SERIOUS JOY, this is the same woman that trashes Christianity, Catholics, parents who home school their children, Sarah Palin, and anyone else that doesn’t agree with her every single day. I really don’t know how these hypocrites can spew their crap with a straight face. I guess they got so used to repeating their BS they actually believe it
She’s horrid.
This is so corny, but I am loving all these TV themes.
Very sore loser.
She talked nasty about a lot of the others on the show.
I am glad Margaret is gone.
I enjoy the others.
Sheesh...Mark and Bristol in gorilla suits..
Liberals are brainwashed. I know a few, and it’s like banging your head against the wall to talk to them.
