Well, it seems to me, with China building their very own space station, it becomes even more imperative that the USA, and not Russia, control access to the “international” space station. I’m also uncomfortable with the notion of Chinese control of the moon and its mineable resources.

The best secret (from the Chinese perspective) Clinton gave them was the klystron switch (a little glass enclosed doodad) — the devise which makes a nuclear weapon into a thermonuclear weapon and make neutron bombs possible. They have them (tested [on several rural muslim villages] and ready to go), we do not. The best part of this “deal” for the Chinese was Billy gave it as a freebie/goodwill gesture - no political contributions necessary.

The krytron switch is a krypton (hence the Kr in the name) gas-filled tube used for fast switching of electric current and is used in the trigger circuits of nuclear weapons. The klystron tube is a linear amplifier device used in microwave and RF applications. The klystron is also used to produce intense RF fields in the ion bottles of particle accelerators to provide a supply of ions for acceleration.
