Let us remember her tonight and tomorrow. And let us remember that the mastermind behind her death is still causing problems in our society. There are cults all over the world who celebrate Charles Manson. Let us think about what that says about our world.

Charles Manson is evil. He should of been executed. He was a big time leftist like Jim Jones. Manson reminds me of Jim Jones, Osama bin Laden, and Fred Phelps. His name is synonymous with evil. Manson is one of the most hated person besides Osama bin Laden, Adolf Hitler, Joseph Stalin, South Hadley Bullies, Gertrude Baniszewski (tortured and killed Sylvia Likens), Jeffrey Dahmer, OJ Simpson, and Lori Drew.
Why just her and not Jay S, Abigale F, Steven P, or even Tate’s unborn baby? Is it because she was beautiful?
Good point. Manson killed 8 people in the Tate-LaBianca Murders.

The fact that we a President who launched his political career in this woman's house speaks volumes about how far off course we are as a nation. Unbelievable.

They had 100% backing by all the TV networks who control all the channels on cable and Hollywood.

Everytime I think of Sharon Tate my heart breaks for her unborn child that was murdered along with her. The horror both mother and child went through was unspeakable!

I agree, he should have been executed. It disturbs me that he gets more mail than any prisoner in U.S. history. He still writes/records music and it is still publicized and recorded by other “artists”. There are T-shirts and websites celebrating him. The last number I read was that there are more than 70 cults in Europe who refer to themselves as “Mansonites”. Perhaps if he and the rest had been executed, he would not be such a cult hero today.
I have been reading a lot about the case recently. The public was lied to about the case from the very beginning. Charles Manson knew all of his victims.

I think it’s the fact that she was pregnant. I mean, a pregnant woman was so ruthlessly butchered and that’s what makes it stand out in my mind. Nine months along and this happens. She begged to be taken hostage to give birth to save her child and they didn’t show her even that. I mean, the MURDER of an expectant mother is something unusually grisly.
The rest were not expecting mothers. Furthermore, I don’t think that lesser coverage means any insult. You rarely hear about a crime so ruthless and savage as what was done to Tate and her friends. But add being nine months along in the mix and you have hideous crime.
Sylvia Likens - “The Girl Next Door” was one of the most horrible movies I’ve ever seen. Makes your soul hurt when you learn what this girl was subjected to. Damn horrible, hard to watch.
