This 80 degree 50% humidity weather is a real pleasure after the stuff we've gone through over the last couple of weeks in the midwest. We did get some great light shows.

Officials said the twister struck at approximately 2:50 to 3 p.m., and cut a swath 100 yards wide and 0.6 miles long. The maximum wind speeds were around 100 mph, That's probably about as weak as a tornado can be.

Unfortunately, the Munchkin Mayor told the media that there were no reports of Helen Thomas being struck and killed by a small wood-frame house.
