Just a thought. In the middle east, for showing that one is a Christian, for proslytizing, and for any other Christian act, one would be killed without question and it has been that way for a long time. So, in memory of all those Christians who have been killed by these muslims, I say, we aquire land in Egypt and other parts of the middle east because there are so many "freedoms" that these islamic countries have to offer, and build huge Catholic Churches and churches of other denominations and on top of that, Synagogues; and all make it sort of like a "Ground Zero" in the middle east. Where the statue of saddam hussien once stood, we should put up a big Crucifix and little Angel statues and for that mattter let's go ahead and put up the Stations of the Cross. And because there is such religious freedom in the middle east we could put up a St. Anthony of egypt statue.
We could accomplish this with donations from the likes of Bloomberg, who has come out in favor of the ground zero "Spit in the face" of America and 9/11 families mosque the islamic terrorists want to build in Manhattan.
I say to Bloomberg, "Bloomberg, as a Jew, why don't you specifically ask your islamic friends if you, with all your money and the "freedoms" that these muslim countries offer, build a synagogue and Jewish monuments in memory of all the Jews that islam and the whole middle east are responsible for murdering?"
But more people were killed in Atheist states (Nazi Germany, USSR and Red China) in the 20th century than all the religious killings combined.
Jews and Christians have never killed like these muslims are doing now. Througout history you can never point to a time when we did the same as they are doing to us, because we are Christian or Jewish.
The so atheist states that you mention, were killing people becasue of there deeply held religious beliefs. Hitler exterminating the Jews, what was that? He did that because he hated Jewish people.
I am quite sure that today we will be arranging the meeting of several Muslims and their 72 virgins.
You may not think of that as a Christian or Jew killing a Muslim in a Muslim country but they may see it differently.
Hitler hated Jews for racial reasons, not religious. He made that quite clear in Mein Kampf, and also by his policy of murdering non-practicing Jews and even those who had ‘too much’ Jewish blood....

Jews haven't perpetrated any major bloodbaths since the time of Bar Kochba, but they had their innings prior to that. Canaanites, Amalekites, Midianites and all that.
Christians went thru long periods where they enthusiastically slaughtered Jews, Muslims and other Christians who didn't believe "right."
It is not historically accurate to say Christians never did as some Muslims do now. Such killing has not been done on a mass scale by Christians (for religious reasons) for at least a couple centuries now. But we are by now means immune just because we are Christians.
