Thanks. Yeah, Mt. Pilot...I vaguely recall that...we took 77 south to some point in NC and then headed east to Greensboro for the annual pony baseball tournament...the highlight of our baseball season summer.
If Google Earth is correct, that lat/long puts it on Firstfield Road in Gaithersburg, just SW of I-270 exit 11 (MD-124).
For those familiar with the area, it’s the apartment/housing/whatever area nestled in between the strip mall with Chevy’s and McDonald’s to one side, and the MVA on the other.
I’m guessing Chevy’s had something to do with it. Mexican food that early in the morning can do havoc to your digestion.
Shouldn’t have had that third helping of beans.
Putting on the tinfoil hat, there are self-storage lockers a block or two away from that spot (right across the street from the MVA)... maybe...
