I will volunteer to be Sarah’s activities coordinator to entertain the creep/stalker. We’d keep him busy and off balance. A clown standing motionless staring at his front door... A hearse backed up to the front door... Todd chases Sarah, with a whip in hand, around the house and disappears back inside... Tie a bear to a post in the back yard etc. etc....

I like the way you think. We also need to help him furnish his house. For example, he looks like he doesn’t own a bathtub. Perhaps there is an old one we could drop off in his driveway?

Just do what the Slashdot readership once did to a spammer. Get his home address, and, with the help of Google, subscribe him to EVERY free magazine, flyer, newsletter, or other print publication that you can find...WORLDWIDE. Within a month he’ll be getting 100 pounds of physical mail arriving at his house every day.
LOL we did that in my fraternity back in the 60s with trade magazines.
One guy would get about 100# of junk mail/trade pubs a month.

The Slashdot crew had that spammer getting stuff from Korea, Japan, Eastern Europe, you name it. Today you can REALLY mailbomb an a-hole if you want to.
