By this time last year, I was finalizing my plans for the Freeper convention/TEA Party protest/9-11 observance; we talked about doing it again this year but I've not seen anything on FR about it. Are we on for this September? Do they need a project coordinator? Is it too early to plan it? Inquiring minds want to know...
The one in Vegas in 2002 was good. Go there again and I can probably work itin.
I think being in DC is the point until we get Prezbo out of our house. Vegas could be fun once we get the country back on track. ;-)

Glenn Beck is having a gathering in DC on August 28. Probably the same people who would go to a tea party would also go to this.

I’m a granny type and I walked around mostly unarmed and didn’t have any issues. If you’re in town with a million of your closest friends it’s not a problem.
I agree that supporting AZ is a great idea. The DC choice was to bring home to the current regime that we were still unhappy with what they are doing to the country. Favorite sign at last years protest march: WE came UNARMED...this time.

I went to the Freeper Convention in DC last year, and it was great! Would like to see another one this year.
Me too, but none of the 'leaders' have chimed in on this thread and the key words on the main page are all about last year's.
