And preventing the Mexicans in America from learning English and keeping them in the Mexican culture in America is similar to what the Democrats did back when they ran the American slave trade. The Democrats used to severely punish those that taught the slaves, even the freed slaves to read and write English. That seems like racism to me, racism with a purpose, keep the new Mexican slaves under the boot of their Democrat Party rulers.

Stalin didn't say that. Lenin supposedly said it. Except no one can find where Lenin ever said it, either. Even the Library of Congress is on record as noting that there is no record that Lenin (or Stalin) ever said it.
