"Cokie The Clown" Banned From Emo's After Pee Prank During SXSW (Bush hating musician from NOFX)

Mike "Fat Mike" Burkett from punk rock band NOFX has been permanently banned from Emo's after pulling a disgusting prank during his SXSW showcase.

Burkett, performing as Cokie The Clown, started his set by pulling out a bottle of tequila, pouring several shots, and then taking a few shots himself before sharing the rest with the excited crowd.

In the video above, hosted by TMZ, the audience can be seen eagerly grabbing the plastic cups that Burkett passes out. Moments later, Burkett replays a video on a small TV on stage, showing him urinating into the same tequila bottle just moments before the show. The crowd erupts into hysteric laughter.

Neither Emo's nor the Austin Health Department thought it was terribly hilarious; the latter is now investigating the matter, while Emo's has publicly distanced itself from Burkett and barred him from ever performing at the venue again.

"We do not encourage or condone any acts of stupidity that Fat Mike may perform," said an Emo's rep.

Burkett seemed unfazed by the prank, telling TMZ, "I confirmed that urine was not classified as a biohazard waste and not subject to the legal ramifications of blood, semen, or feces."

What a freak, this man should have assault charges pressed against him. Of course people that have been caught spitting in Police Officer's food have had the book thrown at them, we should do the same thing to this scumbag. Is urine really not considered a bio-hazard waste?

I know urine is relatively sterile, but can STDs or other infectious diseases be spread through urine? If even one disease can be spread, how could this not be considered a bio-hazard?

To be honest, we probably shouldn’t be too outraged because he was just ‘tricking’ sycophants that have already drank his Kool-Aid. There might as well be some pee in it too, especially if this was handed out to the people in the front row who are the most likely to be enthralled fans.
