I would say they’ve always been in charge. The only difference is that the Dems can’t deny their in charge now.
Yes, the country as a whole, has woken up, but the far left loons who have won control of the dem party, are largely in safe seats. Nancy Pelosi for example, will not be turned out by her liberal constituents. I hope there are enough vulnerable dems that can be knocked off to make a difference, but I don’t hold my breath.

With the new rules that this Congress and administration have introduced, I submit that this thing can be undone.
With the abuse of the reconciliation process, the pretending to vote on something when they haven't and the voting on of bills which haven't been read, what keeps a Republican led Congress from overriding a Presidential veto with a simple majority?
I figure if the Constitution is open to such broad interpretation that the rules can be changed as we go, why not?
If they get amnesty through before November, there won’t be a Republican-controlled House or Senate. In fact, there won’t be a Republican-controlled anything again for a very, very long time.

I found a sock. It was not mine.

What so you do with it?
The question confounds me.
I am not a big sock fan. But, a sock needs its’ partner to survive.
Should I just put it down?
Or, should I look for another wayward sock and see if they are compatible?
I am troubled.
