Power to the People! (President is being allowed to hide his past from “we the people”)
Canada Free Press ^ | February 19, 2010 | Jim O'Neill

“We the people” don’t need “leaders,” we need representatives

When the Left says that they are giving power to the people—they lie. When governments say that they want to return power to the people—they lie. When politicians say they are for the people—they lie.

There is only one source of power to the people, and that is “we the people” ourselves. “We the people” are our own strength, hope, power, and deliverer—with God’s grace and guidance.

It is time to take our power back.

One of the Left’s historic ploys is to drag out the hoary old slogan “Power to the people!” The sentiment is all fine and good. The problem is that the Left has absolutely no interest in giving power to the people—they want to give power to a tyrannical government, with themselves in control.

Look at any left-wing government, and you’ll find a massive government bureaucracy run by a dictator and/or oligarchy. How much power do the people actually have under such “people’s republics?” Little to none.

Snips from the website:

Why was Obama’s Selective Service document retro-written during the presidential campaign of 2008?  Where are his college records—from Occidental, Columbia, and Harvard?  What sort of passport did he use when he traveled to Pakistan?  When did he legally change his name from Barry Soetoro (check out barrysoetoro.com)?  Did he ever legally change it?

Those are not crazy questions, they’re legitimate concerns, and you had better believe that the liberal lame stream media would have vociferously demanded answers long ago, if the person in question had been a conservative. (Video)

It’s unconscionable that the President of the United States is being allowed to hide his past from “we the people.”  That Fox News is dismissing legitimate concerns regarding Obama’s eligibility, is disturbing.  I repeat, who is this guy?  That’s not some “lunatic fringe” question—that a sane and valid demand to know who’s at America’s helm.

“We the people” need to ask ourselves, “Why are Beck and O’Reilly isolating, minimizing, and ridiculing the “birthers” ala Saul Alinsky’s rules for radicals?”  More to the point, why are they focusing on the birth certificate issue, and ignoring the larger question of who Obama really is?  We have every right to ask these questions, in fact it’s our duty as an informed electorate, to ask these questions.

The other week O’Reilly spoke with CAIR spokesman Ibrahim Hooper, and afterwards called him a “stand up guy.”  Not hardly.

Tea Party members call no one leader, for their only leader is the American Constitution

There IS legitimate reason to ask questions about a blank slate president who REFUSES to produce even a shred of documentation to substantiate his credentials and personal information. There is no way Fox News or anyone else would give McCain the same "courtesy." They'd have been outraged this man was not vetted to the satisfaction of all Americans, not just the elites who vehemently protect him and who ALL respond with the same tepid answer: basically, "even if he doesn't comply with the rules set forth in the US Constitution, there's nothing that can be done about it and it's okay."

NO - it's NOT OKAY. Americans demand to abide by our Constitution and if there is fraud and collusion involved in the seating of this elected president, it must be dealt with according to those rules set forth and beloved by Americans. "S If anything, this issue is not going away, it is growing larger and louder by the day and by people who themselves have had to present more documentation about their identities than has this president.

The other night I watched Bill O’Reilly ask Sarah Palin about the “birthers.” He had this pained “say it ain’t so” expression on his face, as he asked her if she backed the “birthers” (Palin basically said that she thought that the “birthers” had the right to ask questions).

Glenn Beck has come down especially hard on the “birthers”—comparing them to some lunatic fringe group, akin to “flat earthers”—as if asking for proof of Obama’s eligibility to be POTUS, is like claiming he’s from mars.

The other day (shortly before switching off my TV) I watched Beck lump “birthers” together with “right-wing nazis.” He should be aware by now that the nazis were a left-wing phenomena.

*******

Who is Obama's birth doctor? Is that such a hard question for the President of the United States to answer?

1. Right now, I would just be satisfied with Obama coming out and announcing to all the world the name of his 1961 birth doctor so that the good doctor and his family can rightfully enjoy all the public glory and public rewards that a doctor who delivered a president of the united States should receive.

2. But surprisingly, dear old Obama has been conspicuously silent when it comes to publicly giving us his 1961 birth doctor's name.

3. Why is dear old Obama denying his 1961 birth doctor and his family all the public praise and rewards that a doctor who delivered the sitting President of the United States should be entitled to?

4. For instance, the doctor and his family could appear all over the television on such shows as Larry King, Hannity, O'Reilly, and Beck and GAIN INSTANT FAME AND START MAKING A LOT OF MONEY.

5. The good doctor could write a best-selling book about his experiences as a doctor at Kapiolani Hospital, the hospital where Obama says that he was born.

6. The good doctor could have a TV-movie made of his life, and he and his family could become rich and famous from books and movies.

7. The good doctor's family could have members who are important or not so important people today, people who could use the financial rewards and publicity that would come to them when Obama publicly announced the name of his 1961 Hawaii birth doctor.

8. But poor Obama, he is so silent about the name of his birth doctor.

9. So, again, why is the President of the United States behaving in such a terrible way and setting such a poor example to the people of the United States?

10. Could this be the reason: There is NO doctor name or hospital name on Obama's 1961 long form birth certificate?

11. Yes, that is the reason, in my opinion.

I know the name of my birth doctor. He was Dr. Alter. And, no, that’s not a joke.

****I’d call him “Dances with Terrorists”.****

He prefers to dance with Geraldo and Marc Lamont Hill, but Ibrahim Hooper fits right in with his preferred guest profile.
