A Muslim bus driver knelt in the aisle to pray for five minutes leaving bemused and anxious passengers trapped in ther seats. --
The driver pulled over without warning and rolled out a high-visibility jacket as a makeshift prayer mat before removing his shoes, turning to face Mecca and starting to chant in Arabic.
Passengers said they looked on in stunned silence, fearing the driver may be preparing for a terrorist attack on the bus. No one was able to get on or off the vehicle during the five-minute prayer session.

I would have made the bus driver want to get me off his bus.

I would have broken out my bible and joined him in prayer, I wonder what his reaction would have been.
Isn’t the driver guilty of kidnapping, holding someone against their will if anyone asked to get off.

This would be a good time to scream “Allah Akbar” or “lalalalalalala!” while pretending to be a suicide bomber.
I would get out of my seat, start shouting at the top of my lungs for the driver to do his job and drive the bus, I would interrupt the so called prayers to the child molester mohammed every way I could think of or I would get everyone off the bus and blockade the bus until a manager came by to review the situtation.
Are they wimps over there?
And not ONE passenger dared to take control of the bus, the situation, the front door??? And NO ONE had a cell phone from which to contact the police?
I suspect it would have been handled quite differently in the US — maybe not in San Fran or the liberal NE, but surely in the South, Texas, most of Los Angeles.

If I didn’t have a heart attack, I would have busted the back door or window to get out of that bus knowing this nut was about to blow us all up.

If or when this happens in the US I feel sorry for the driver. Have you seen the thugs that ride on public transportation? Homie is gonna keep it real...real hard.
The Muslim prayer posture exposes the person to a very teachable moment via a swift kick to the goolies.
He would *never* make that mistake again.
