Here is video of former John Edwards aide Andrew Young talking about his book, The Politician, and his role in helping him with the bizarre cover-up of Edwards' affair with staffer Rielle Hunter.
Young details the two sides of Edwards' personality, how he could be cold and calculating at one moment, and then appear to be warm and caring the next. He talked about the pressure Edwards put on him to assist in the coverup of his affair, even as he was running for President during the 2007-2008 campaign. . . . (VIDEO)

Andrew Young is the worst type of “toadie”. He’s every bit as sickening as Edwards and his wife are.
One can only imagine the lengths clinton’s crime machine went to cover for the things he did. Stealing diapers to get DNA? Sick sick sick.
While we are at it, whatever hapened to Danny Williams? (Clintons alledged child with a prostitute)
At one time the story was so big it even made it into a Leno joke “The main problem is who can you believe-a prostitute or Clinton” LOL
I know the story quickly died after a DNA sample/strand (from blue dress) was released in the media and the Star Mag compared it to Willaims and said no match. Someone (newsmax?) tried to confirm that the DNA data released to media was real and FBI refused to confirm or deny.
I remember how the William family dog was shot by police (about the same time Kathleen Willy came out about her missing cat) leading Lucianne Goldberg to comment “They really have a problem with pets don’t they”
I also remmember that weird incident in a pub in Europe where the secret service guy smashed a glass after Clinton drank from it. (Hiding DNA?).
After we learn about all this weird stuff about Edwards...was it really “tinfoil hat” thinking when it came to clinton?
the story is so sickening and traumatic. John Edwards has THREE children. While I understand the public has a right to know about the corruption of their pubilc officials, can’t we just move on from it and be thankful he didn’t win after all? It’s one thing that John Edwards’ image is totally destroyed (as it should be) but I hate to think of the humiliation being endured by his eldest daughter and to be endured by their younger children.
i would have much rather heard about some REAL news...like about Palin’s latest facebook posts and such. it’d be great for Fox to host debates between key primary contenders in hot button states like Crist vs. Rubio in Florida and Rand Paul vs. Greyson in Kentucky.

Amazing what a politician (such as Edwards) can get away with when the media is rooting for him. Good thing the media did such a good job vetting the current President.

I have been telling people here he was a high school classmate of mine. I have known him since grade school. I am really shocked he got into politics. Always seemed like the jock to me.
I agree. He seems like a jerk. He’s making money off the scandal.
Did he also claim that Hunter believes the child to be reincarnation of a monk and the kid is here to save the world? I was half listening while FReeping, but I’m pretty sure he made that claim.
I actually thought it was fascinating. It reminds me of those documentaries that go inside cults. You think...how can these people have been so BRAINWASHED?? And yet they follow a person who has them so in his grip, they’ll literally do anything for him.
Edwards is unmasked as the gargantuan phony he is...but in a way it’s very creepy and disturbing how cult-like his inner circle was.
Good potential for a movie script.
Young was told by an Edwards' lawyer to meet the Senator in a driveway a mile from his home. Edwards pulled up alone in a big black SUV. Young got in the vehicle and Edwards proceeded to drive into the wilderness while he spoke on his cellphone in a possibly drunk and erratic way. Young said Edwards had some wealthy and powerful backers and all he could think of was what happened to Vince Foster. He said no one even knew where he was and he was terrified.
He eventually told Edwards that he had tapes of all of his voice-mail messages alluding to his wrongdoings and the sex tape. Apparently, the Senators last words were, "listen, you can't hurt me!"
Sounds like he's pretty much typical of the people who are willing to stay with the DC permanent government. They are all corrupt!
People bitch about the corruption of Wall Street (rightfully so) but the Wall Street hustlers are small time compared to Pennsylvania Avenue.
That is where the big money to be stolen is and that's why both Edwards and Young were their in the first place.
