Patrick Muirhead's story: 'The day I decided to stop being gay..'
Muirhead has an interesting article in the Times Online.
With the current legal fight over same sex marriage (Prop 8 ) here in California I wonder if theres something of value in his perspective.
Its well written and very thoughtful.
Heres part of what he wrote:
There was a little voice, lost long ago in the drowning din of my homosexuality, that still called quietly; the smothered, smaller voice of a boy who liked girls.

Sadly no pics of Ukrainian “Olga.” She is probably smoking hot!
I remember going on one of the newspaper blogs posting messages about that pastor who can cure the gay disease. Always caused fireworks.
>And then, two summers ago, I met Olga. She was a knockout-looking Ukrainian, washed ashore as a waitress in a breakfast bar in Ocean City, Maryland, on the East Coast of America. I was working locally as a pilot. A group of aviators slouched in each morning for coffee, eggs and grits. She took a particular interest in my chopper.
If this Olga can make a gay guy straight, she must be hot.
This was an interesting piece, thanks for posting it.
But I must say that to me this part was really news “At the BBC, where I worked for seven years, homosexuality was very nearly compulsory.” I sure never heard that before. Maybe it explains a lot.
Sneaking onto FR for a minute - I’ll pingify tomorrow!
I remember reading a piece about a flamboyantly gay man. He was dancing on a parade float, for gay pride day, wearing a pink tutu when suddenly the thought struck him. It’s time to get married.
He walked away from the homosexual life style and married a woman a couple of years later.
I’m sorry I can’t recall the name of the publication.

He’s probably still wearing the tutu and Olga, from Ocean City, says, whatever.
I, too, think that with California's Proposition 8 back in the news then Californians, and the rest of the world for that matter, should know there is a growing ex-gay population.
Yep, they can change because it is a BEHAVIOUR!

I heard she’s transgendered.
