Correct!

What was the name of that movie? "There Will Be Blood"

Before this administration ends, if it ever does, we will very likely be thanking our lucky stars for “Canada Free Press.” It is very likely to be the last bastion of free speech on the North American Continent.

I agree and I have a feeling they are holding back (softening) what they know.

When I look back over all the things Obama and his minions have done so far I see a pattern. Looks to me like they are constantly testing the envelope. Do something radical, watch what happens, if nothing or not much, then up the level of radical a bit and start all over. Add to this the fact that they overlap one radical step over another and the problem gets even worse. They know that at some point they will go too far, but by that time all the smaller steps that went unchallenged or insufficiently challenged are a matter of fact and the cumulative effect can be overpowering.

The only way to protect against this game plan is to recognize it early in the game and move aggressively to put a stop to it. Problem is the steps start out pretty small, but very quick, and by the time the pattern is recognized it's already just about too late.

They plan on anyone who sees the pattern really early and calls for aggressive action to confront it can be called out as intolerant or a radical.

The clock is ticking and it's a stopwatch, counting down to the time when the teeter-totter teeter tots to the full socialist mode.

I tend to agree with you. I think Pelosi and Reid (and the rest of the feckless democrats) think they will save us in spite of orselves. If the lawsuit in Southern California starts looking like it will produce fruit, look for a staged cataclysm. I think something like failing to underwrite the derivitive demands of counterparties with AIG may come in play to foment economic unrest, the likes of which we have never seen.

I think it will break open when a judge or judges will admit being told to stall or in any way possible keep any cases from going forward about Obamas eligibility.

The anti-Obama sentiment is growing rapidly in all parts of America and more so with the followers that are beginning to see the lies and directions Obama is leading the country.

I think they have even called this a trial balloon, there is some Saul Alinski rule to this. In a speech last week he said he is here for the long haul calling critics out. Saying he is not tiered but energized. It is
them against us. Not a president for the United States.

Trial balloon usually refers to bringing something up in conversation or as part of a speech, to see what happens. These people are actually doing things, things like appointing czars, firing a GM CEO, etc. Each of them brings about the completion of another plank in their platform, a plank that is in place and functioning. One after another these things are being done, each overlapping the previous act. And they been very successful. They’ve gotten away with every one of them except the one czar that was forced to resign. All the talk and raising of alarm, but they just keep right on stacking the deck.

They are steamrolling America.

you’re right , like giving Acorn money from homeland security, after congress voted to defund them. They were just pushing and pushing. Same with who they appointed for safe school czar.(kind of a scruuu you attitude.)

I trust that they are happy in their madness. It's a disease that happens now and then in Washington. It usually appears in congress and occasionally in the White House. But it can always be cured by a dose of election, persistent cases usually need a large dose of Impeachment. This is a guarantied cure this problem.

I heard someone, maybe Michelle Bachmann, the other day saying that the ‘defunding’ of Acorn affected only the current fiscal year! Come midnight Oct. 31st, the get their full funding back, good for another year.

Just one more example of dishonest every aspect of government, at every level, has become of late. They are so addicted to power and control that they will anything to keep it. The good of the average working person, taxpayer is the last thing on their list. Below whatever it takes to stay in office.

Frankly, it's very disheartening, to the point of depression frequently. I know hate is a sin but I have a hard time not actually hating these people and what they do to the very people who put their trust in them based on promise after promise to better their life. The only life they're interested in bettering is their own.

“The anti-Obama sentiment is growing rapidly in all parts of America”
**********

Do you REALLY think so?

I spend a lot of time at my computer and not in all parts of America. The polls seem to show a divided nation, and real conservatives make up perhaps one-third of the electorate.

I hope you’re right, though.

Good article. It seems many Canadians get it and are not afraid to say it.
