I think so. I know of someone, who although definitely a woman, when she had surgery for an unrelated issue, they told her there were some male parts inside her...or words to that effect.

And I have an male acquaintance who at age 12 had an appendectomey and when it was over the surgeon looked around a bit and found two ovaries. He removed them and a vestigal uterus also.
