They are grabbing people at the townhalls that have pocket knives.
From my own experience, I carry a gun near everywhere, and know how easy it is to end up at a protest rally with it. I also carry a knife near everywhere I have ever gone over the last 50 odd years, it feels not dressed without a blade.
