How cold was it?

Doesn't matter.

No matter what the temperature is it's the fault of humankind with the USA at the helm.

We need to pay for our indiscretions and besides AlGore needs to live comfortably.

We had no days in Cleveland when it touched 90 degrees in July, and only one day of 90 in June. The interesting thing is that we never touched 90 in July last year either. While this year has been remarkable it is the second very temperate summer in a row.

Grand Rapids for the period of record. The previous record lowest
monthly mean for Grand Rapids was 67.2 degrees set in 1992.
