It wasn't your usual Saturday afternoon lunch at the Jack in the Box on North Grand Avenue on Saturday.
Upon learning of his termination with the restaurant, a Jack in the Box employee went on a tirade, destroying two cash registers, a breakfast menu board, a drive thru headset, a milkshake mixer--- even two customer's meals.
The 20-year-old employee was charged with criminal mischief greater than $1,500, which is a state jail felony.
No one was injured in the employee's rampage.

Now I’m hungry for a milkshake!

Tirade? Sounds like a bit more than a tirade.

NOT THE BREAKFAST MENU!!!!
It's already hard enough to choose between the sausage croissant and the breakfast burrito. What about the children?

I bet they regret firing him now...

I’ll just bet our rampaging ex employee doesn’t understand why he was terminated.
Although, I suspect he has a history of temper tantrums. Which may have played a part in his termination.

Just a hunch, though. Not sure what leads me to surmise the employee might have an anger management problem.........

The last sentence has him going on a ‘rampage.’ That’s correct. A tirade is “a protracted speech usually marked by intemperate, vituperative, or harshly censorious language.” No mention of his kind of behavior.
Yeah, I know, nitpicky.

To: nickcarraway
No one was injured in the employee's rampage. I wonder why they felt a need to put quotation marks around the word rampage.

People in the “underclass” are often there for a reason.

I guess he’s probably screwed up his chances for the “improper termination” lawsuit....
